The Last Blog

I wonder where the time has gone. It seems to be just the other day I was typing up the first blog. However, everything has to come to an end eventually. Fortunately, the experiences leading all the way up to this final blog I can treasure a time beyond this point. The class experience has been a good one with many shares of laughs and most importantly knowledge. I feel my way of thinking about and interpreting literature have been widened a great deal. I must have been partially blind before not to have really acknowledged that there are no original stories, only retellings. It's not that I didn't already make connections between obvious similarities between novels, art, music, ect. It's hard to explain. All I can say is that it has more to do with what I know now that I didn't know before. Unfortunately, I'm low on time to express all the things I've learned as much as I would have liked to. In short, I've enjoyed the class and the adventure has given me much to treasure beyond the upcoming last day of class.
